GreenStemGlobal is developing buyer-informed mango programmes with fewer transactional layers, closer production relationships and farm-level evidence from Kenya to Europe.
Programme information is updated as supply, documentation and buyer requirements are validated. Final availability, specifications and commercial terms remain subject to crop validation, exporter confirmation, quality checks and buyer agreement.
Three commitments the programme is being built around — stated as design goals, and reported against as the evidence accumulates.
Working directly with producers, exporters and operational partners to align supply with buyer requirements — from pre-season planning through delivery.
Designing transparent commercial structures intended to reduce unnecessary layers and strengthen producer participation, with payment terms recorded per programme.
Building farm identification, geolocation, production, quality and consignment records into the supply programme from the beginning — not attached afterwards.

We are developing structured production relationships that connect buyer requirements with pre-season planning, farm-level records, agreed quality protocols and transparent commercial terms. This is the model in development — presented as such, not as contracts already in force.
The demand side of the programme.
The evidence side of the programme.
Certifications, testing plans and specifications are published here only once they are held or agreed — until then they carry their real status.
Mangoes are not currently within the scope of the EUDR. Our data model is nevertheless being designed around comparable principles of farm identification, geolocation, evidence retention and supply-chain due diligence — so that the programme holds up to the standard buyers increasingly apply across covered and non-covered commodities alike.
GreenStemGlobal develops production-connected supply programmes with fewer layers, more value at origin and evidence from farm to buyer.
Origin operations and farm-level data run through our Kenyan operating company; European market development is based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. RaDa, our farm-intelligence platform, provides the satellite-backed monitoring and record layer behind the programme.
Importers, ripeners, distributors, processors and foodservice. Tell us your specification, volumes and programme window — we respond with the current supply brief and its evidence status.
